sir we are going through literature survey . 1. CNS infections is vast term .whn we search ,we came across epidemiology ,pathology , clinical ..how it should be more specific/ key word for search ?
2.plz suggest further references/journals?-3.is there any PASSWARD available for jounals seach set by our institute ? sujeet
2.plz suggest further references/journals?- use above key words in google search, try to get some standard journals.. get the journal details... ask the same copy from library.. get it xeroxed. if some journal is not available in library, you may find it in kasturba hospital library. try to get refrences of last 10-20 years only. if you are accessing through hospital intranet many journals may eb free online in campus. but the same need not work all the time.
3.is there any PASSWARD available for jounals seach set by our institute ? no common password.. list of passwords is displayed at intranet. any journal that is not avilable as text in library, is not available online through library.

1. CNS infections is vast term divide them in groups bacterial meningitis, viral meningitis, tuberculous meningitis and brain abscesses, the last being a smallesr group. for example see this link http://74.125.153.132/search?q=cache:nlB-UYYrMXUJ:eprints.kfupm.edu.sa/114124/+clinical+profile+of+bacterial+meningitis+in+children&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk you may do a similar study with whatever parameters being available, a combined prospective cum retrospective study.
